TCM’s 31 Days of Oscar 2013 – Week One

For the next few weeks, I’ll be posting a weekly schedule of TCM’s 31 Days of Oscar every Friday. This is more for me to keep track of when the films I’m interested in seeing and revisiting are playing. Of course, if it were up to me, I would watch everything TCM is showing, but I don’t have the time and space for that. But feel free to recommend any other films on TCM’s schedule that I didn’t include here in the comments!

All times listed are Central, so be sure to check your local listings. I’m including the studios that produced these Oscar-nominated films with the film’s genre as this year’s theme explores the studios that made them. Visit TCM’s website for additional information. And films marked with an asterisk are ones I’ve seen before.

      • My Dad MADE my brother and I watch it when we were kids; I don’t know what my brother thought at the time, but I thought it was amazing. I haven’t seen it in a while, either…I think it’s time I set an evening aside and watch it again!
